Terms of Sale

1. Product and price

The All-Access Pass costs $49 as a one-time payment and provides 12 months of access to all series available in the product. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

2. Payment and delivery

Stripe processes card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments. We do not store full card numbers. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment. Access begins after Stripe confirms payment through a signed webhook.

3. Pass guarantee

A full refund is automatically eligible when our records show all of the following:

• at least 80% of your study plan is complete;
• at least 2 full mock tests are complete;
• you report that you did not pass the real test; and
• the test date saved in your profile has arrived.

Submit the request from Settings. Eligible Stripe refunds are initiated automatically; card settlement time is controlled by Stripe and your bank. See the full refund policy.

4. Other refund rights

The guarantee does not replace rights that cannot legally be waived. Requests that do not meet the automatic guarantee are recorded for review. Duplicate requests for one purchase are consolidated.
