Refund and Pass-Guarantee Policy

Automatic pass-guarantee eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund when our account records show that:
- you completed at least 80% of your study plan;
- you completed at least 2 full mock tests;
- you report that you did not pass the real ASE test; and
- the test date saved in your profile is today or earlier.
Submit from Settings → Refunds. The server calculates plan and mock completion; the browser cannot override them. One request is allowed per purchase.
How it is processed
Eligible Stripe refunds are initiated automatically. Access is revoked only after Stripe sends a signed refund confirmation. Stripe and your bank control when funds appear, commonly within several business days. If provider processing fails, the request remains recorded for support.
Requests outside the guarantee
You may still submit a request; it is recorded for review. This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Accidental duplicate requests are consolidated rather than charged or refunded twice.
