Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of MasterTechPrep. Last updated July 24, 2026.

Los documentos legales de MasterTechPrep se redactan en inglés; la versión en inglés es la que prevalece.

1. The service

MasterTechPrep provides independent study materials for ASE certification tests. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by ASE, do not administer tests, and do not register candidates. Test registration happens through ASE at ase.com.

2. Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal study. You may not:

  • copy, scrape, resell, publish, or redistribute our questions or paid materials;
  • circumvent access, rate, security, or technical controls;
  • interfere with the service or another user's account; or
  • use the service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Content and intellectual property

Our questions, explanations, lessons, software, and illustrations are original and protected. ASE Task Lists and test information remain the property of their respective owner and are used only to describe the tests. See our sources and methodology.

5. Educational limitation

Practice results and readiness scores are study aids, not promises of a certification result. We work to keep materials accurate, but ASE's current publications control when information differs. Nothing here is automotive repair advice for a specific vehicle.

6. Availability and termination

We may change the service, correct content, suspend abusive accounts, or perform maintenance. Paid access terms and refunds are governed by the Terms of Sale.

7. Contact and governing terms

Questions or disputes should first be sent to [email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these terms. Owner entity, address, governing-law, and venue details must be completed and reviewed by US counsel before paid launch.
